    • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
    • Priority Shipping: 1–2 business days
  • International Shipping:
    • Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on the destination country and customs processing. Typically, international shipping takes between 7–21 business days.

2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and the shipping method selected during checkout. Shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you finalize your purchase. Snuffnapo occasionally offers free standard shipping promotions for domestic orders. Please check our website for any ongoing promotions.

3. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped, along with tracking details.

4. International Shipping
Snuffnapo offers international shipping to several countries. When placing an order from outside the United States, you are responsible for any additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. These charges are not included in the price of the products or shipping fees and will be collected by your local customs office upon delivery.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package’s progress until it reaches its destination. Tracking details will be sent to your email once your order is on its way.

6. Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO), or certain international locations. If we are unable to ship to your address, our customer service team will reach out to you for further assistance.

7. Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver your orders on time, please be aware that shipping times may be affected by external factors, such as weather conditions, holidays, or customs delays. Snuffnapo is not responsible for delays caused by these circumstances. In case of a delay, we will do our best to keep you updated.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. If your package is confirmed to be lost or damaged, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. Please make sure to provide the correct address when placing your order.
